（一）我行：指浦发硅谷银行有限公司（注册地址：上海市杨浦区大连路588号宝地广场B座21层整层及22层01、06B室）。
We: shall mean SPD Silicon Valley Bank (registered address: 21F and Unit 01, 06B 22F, Tower B, Baoland Plaza, No. 588 Dailian Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai.
（二）浦发硅谷企业银行：是浦发硅谷银行面向企业客户推出的移动金融服务，作为企业网银的补充渠道。用户需要在各类手机中安装用户端程序（APP），以获取我行信息或服务。
Corporate Mobile Banking Service of SSVB: shall mean the mobile financial service launched by SSVB for corporate customers as a supplementary channel for corporate online banking service, of which the users need to install the client programs (APP) in various mobile phones, so as to obtain the information or services from us.
（三）安全工具：包括但不限于蓝牙KEY、短信口令可在网络金融交易过程中，用于加强用户身份识别的工具。
Security Tools: shall mean the tools that can be used to strengthen the user identification in the process of online financial transactions, including but not limited to Bluetooth key and SMS password.
（四）浦发硅谷企业银行用户：经企业客户指定，拥有浦发硅谷企业银行操作权限的个人，以下称“您”；浦发硅谷企业银行用户可以为一人或多人。
Corporate Mobile Banking Users of SSVB: shall mean the individuals designated by corporate customers, who have the operation authority of Corporate Mobile Banking Service of SSVB (hereinafter referred to as “You”); the Corporate Mobile Banking Users of SSVB may be one or more individuals.
（一）信息的收集
Collection of Information
为保障您在使用浦发硅谷企业银行过程中的安全性，改善您的使用体验，我行可能会收集、保存和使用下列与您有关的信息（其中可能包含您的敏感个人信息），我行不会将您的个人信息用于本条款所述目的之外的用途。如果您不使用我行以下某项服务，我行将不会收集、使用该项功能所需要的个人信息。具体如下：
In order to ensure your security and improve your experience during the use of Corporate Mobile Banking Service of SSVB, we may collect, store and use the following information relating to you (which may contain your sensitive personal information). We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those stated in this clause. In case you do not use any one of the following services, we will not collect or use the personal information required for such function. The details are given as follows:
1．当您登录浦发硅谷企业银行时，您需要向我行提供您的手机号、短信验证码、登录密码信息。如您不提供上述信息，我行将无法向您提供需登录才可使用的产品或服务。在您使用密码控件登录时，我行需要获取任务信息的权限，以保证输入密码的安全性。
When you log in to the Corporate Mobile Banking Service of SSVB, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number, SMS verification code, login password. In case you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with the products or services that are available only after login. When you log in with password control, we need the permission to obtain the task information, so as to ensure the security during entering of password.
2．我行会使用您的证件类型、证件号码、手机号、设备型号、操作系统、唯一设备标识符、MAC地址（仅限Android设备）、登录IP地址、操作日志、位置信息（该信息中包含您的敏感个人信息）用于风险防范和诈骗监测，以预防、发现、调查涉及欺诈、危害安全、非法或违反与我行及我行关联方的协议、政策或规则的行为，以保护您、我行及社会公众的合法权益。
We will use your ID type, ID number, mobile phone number, device model, operating system, unique device identifier, MAC address (for Android devices only), login IP address, operation log, location information(which may contain your sensitive personal information) for risk prevention and fraud monitoring, so as to prevent, detect and investigate the acts involving fraud, endangering security, violating the laws or the agreements, policies or rules of us and our affiliates and thus protect the legitimate rights and interests of You, us and the public.
3．当您使用转账汇款类(单笔转账、外汇买卖、结售汇、同币种外汇汇款、跨币种外汇汇款) 、存款类（定期存款、通知存款、通知存款自动转存、结构性存款）功能时，您需要向我行提供收款方的账户户名、银行卡号/账号、开户行网点信息，并可能需要您提供您的姓名、手机号码、证件类型及证件号码、付款账号、安全工具验证、手机设备信息、地理位置信息（该信息中包含您的敏感个人信息），以便于我行验证您的身份，协助保障您的交易安全。
When you use the transfer and remittance functions (external transfer, foreign exchange transaction and etc.), you need to provide us with the payee's account name, bank card number/account number, opening bank outlet, and you may need to provide your name, mobile phone number, ID type, ID number, payment account number, Security Tool verification and mobile phone device information, geographic location (which may contain your sensitive personal information), so that we can verify your identity and help ensure your transaction security.
4. 当您使用我们的搜索服务时，我们会收集您的搜索记录，以方便您后续查找时无需再次输入。
When using the search function, your searching history will be recorded so that you don’t need to re-enter in subsequent searches.
5．当您使用浦发硅谷企业银行登录、密码修改、动账类、对账类及设置类功能时，我们会使用具有相应资质及能力的第三方服务商提供的软件服务工具包（简称“SDK” 或者“API”）来为您提供服务，部分第三方服务商可能需要收集您的个人信息，我行将对此予以监督并要求第三方服务商为所获得的您的个人信息保密。具体信息如下：
We will collect the relevant data that you agreed or authorized a third party to share with or provide to the Corporate Mobile Banking Service APP of SSVB. When you use the third-party services through the Corporate Mobile Banking Service APP of SSVB, the third-party service providers may use our API or SDK (software development kit and application interface) to inform us which third-party services you use; Some third-party service providers may need to collect your personal information, and we will supervise this and require the third-party service providers to keep your personal information confidential The details are given as follows:
（1）飞天诚信蓝牙SDK：
客户端：安卓、IOS
所属公司：飞天诚信科技股份有限公司
收集信息：我行不会将您的个人信息提供给飞天诚信。
使用目的和场景：为了向您提供蓝牙电子签名服务，我们使用了飞天蓝牙SDK，该SDK需要获取您的蓝牙信息，用于基于蓝牙连接的安全工具认证功能。
Feitian Bluetooth SDK：
Client system: Android, IOS
Company: Feitian Technologies Co., Ltd.
Collection of Information: We will not provide your personal information to Feitian.
Purpose and scenario: In order to provide you with Bluetooth electronic signature services, we use the Feitian Bluetooth SDK, which needs to obtain your Bluetooth information for the authentication function of security tools based on Bluetooth connection.
（2）CFCA密码控件SDK：
客户端：安卓、IOS
所属公司：中金金融认证中心有限公司
收集信息：我行不会将您的个人信息提供给中金金融认证中心。
使用目的和场景：为了向您提供手机银行登录、密码修改服务，我们使用了CFCA密码控件SDK，该SDK需要获取您的密码信息，用于密码加密功能。
CFCA Password control SDK
Client system: Android, IO
Company: China Financial Certification Authority Co., Ltd.
Information collection: Our bank will not provide your personal information to CICC Financial Certification Center.
Purpose and scenario: In order to provide you with mobile banking login and password modification services, we use the CFCA password control SDK, which needs to obtain your password information for password encryption.
6．为了更方便地使用我行的服务，以下情形中，您可选择是否授权我行收集、使用您的个人信息：
In order to use our services more conveniently, you may choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information in the following cases:
（1）基于存储权限的功能：该权限用于业务流程附件/影像上传、App版本更新服务。如拒绝授权，您将无法使用这些功能。
Functions based on storage permission: you can use the services such as uploading of business process attachment/image and updating of version. These functions will be unavailable if you refuse to authorize.
（2）基于位置信息的功能：该权限用于企业手机银行交易风控以及蓝牙key设备连接功能。如拒绝授权，您的蓝牙key将无法使用。
Functions based on location information: To get your geological location, which is mainly used for the control on risks in corporate mobile banking transactions. Your Bluetooth key will be unavailable if you refuse to authorize.
（3）基于相机（摄像头）的功能：该权限用于业务流程影像上传。如拒绝授权，您将无法使用业务流程影像上传功能。
Functions based on camera: you can use the services such as business process image uploads, which will be unavailable if you refuse to authorize.
（4）基于拨打电话的功能：该权限用于快捷拨打我行客服电话。如拒绝授权，您将无法快捷拨打我行客服电话。
Functions based on call making: you can use the services such as calling for customer service.
（5）基于蓝牙的功能：该权限用于在使用动账类、设置类以及业务授权功能时通过蓝牙将客户手机与蓝牙key设备连接并交互。系统后台不保存客户手机蓝牙配置信息。如拒绝授权，您对于动账类、设置类以及业务授权功能无法使用。
Functions based on Bluetooth: you can use the Security Tool authentication and other services based on Bluetooth connection, which will be unavailable if you refuse to authorize.
（6）基于网络通讯的功能：开通企业手机银行的网络通讯功能后，才能通过企业手机银行客户端获取我行服务端系统提供的各类服务。如拒绝授权，您的手机银行所有功能将无法使用。
Functions based on network communication: you can obtain various services provided by our server system through corporate mobile banking client only after you activate the network communication function of corporate mobile banking service.
（7）基于麦克风的功能：该权限用于业务流程影像上传。如拒绝授权，您将无法使用业务流程影像上传功能。
Functions based on microphone: you can use the services such as uploading of supporting documents.
7. 当我行收集、保存和使用上述与您有关的信息的目的、方式、范围发生变化时，我行会以适当方式通知您，该适当方式包括但不限于更新本隐私政策收集使用规则，并弹窗提醒您阅读更新。
When the purpose, method and scope of collection, storage and use of the above information relating to you are changed, we will notify you in an appropriate way, including but not limited to updating the collection and use rules such as this Privacy Policies. Please pay attention to such updates and read the relevant policies and terms in time.
（二）信息的使用
Use of Information
1．我行基于向您提供金融产品或服务，并为改进这些产品或服务的目的使用您的信息。为提升您的产品或服务体验，或为防范风险，我行会对产品或服务使用情况进行汇总、统计分析、加工，但这些信息不会包含您的任何身份识别信息。
We use your information for the purpose of providing you with the financial products or services and improving such products or services. In order to improve your experience in use of such products or services or prevent the risks, we will summarize, statistically analyze and process the information about your use of such products or services, but such information will not contain any identification information of You.
2．在我行向您提供金融产品或服务期间，您授权我行持续收集和使用您的个人信息。在您注销服务后，我行将停止收集，但我行会在业务资料归档、审计、司法/监管协查领域继续使用此前收集的您的相关个人信息。
During the period when we provide you with the financial products or services, you authorize us to continuously collect and use your personal information. After you cancel such services, we will cease the collection, provided that we will continue to use the previously-collected relevant personal information of you in matters such as business data archiving, audit, judicial/ regulatory assistance and so on.
3．如使用您的个人信息，可能超出了与收集时所声称的目的及具有直接或合理关联的范围，我行将在使用您的个人信息前，再次向您告知并征得您的明示同意。
In case the use of your personal information may go beyond the purpose claimed at the time of collection and the directly or reasonably associated scope, we will inform you and obtain your express consent again before using your personal information.
4．您授权同意的以及于法律允许的其它用途。

（三）征得授权同意的例外
Exceptions for Solicitation of Authorization and Consent
根据相关法律法规、监管要求及国家标准，以下情形中，我行可能会收集、保存和使用您的相关个人信息而无需另行征得您的授权同意：
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and national standards, we may collect, store and use your relevant personal information without your authorization and consent in the following cases:
1．与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；
The information is directly relating to national security and national defense security;
2．与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
The information is directly relating to public safety, public health and major public interests;
3．与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行直接相关的；
The information is directly relating to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial and judgment enforcement;
4．出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的；
It is necessary to obtain the information for the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
5．收集的个人信息是个人信息主体自行向社会公众公开的；
The collected personal information is disclosed to the public by the subject of personal information;
6．合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开渠道；
The personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure;
7．据个人信息主体要求签订和履行合同所必需的；
The information is necessary for execution and performance of contract as required by personal information subject;
8．用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；
The information is required for maintaining the safe and stable operation of products or services provided, such as finding and handling the faults of products or services.
9．我行依法履行反洗钱职责或义务的需要；
The information is necessary for us to perform anti-money laundering duties or obligations according to laws;
10．法律法规规定的其他情形。
Other circumstances as specified in laws and regulations.
（一） Cookie
Cookie
为确保服务正常运转，我行会在您的移动设备上存储名为Cookie的数据文件。Cookie通常包含标识符、站点名称以及一些号码和字符。借助于Cookie，我行能够存储您的偏好数据。我行不会将Cookie用于本条款所述目的之外的用途。您可根据自己的偏好管理或删除Cookie。您可以清除移动设备上保存的所有Cookie，但如果您这么做，则需要在每一次使用我行手机银行时更改用户设置。
To ensure the normal operation of the service, we will store a data file named Cookie on your mobile device. Cookie usually contains identifiers and site names, as well as some numbers and characters. With the help of Cookie, we can store the data about your preference. We will not use Cookie for any purpose other than those described in these Terms. You can manage or delete Cookie according to your preference. You can clear all Cookies saved on your mobile device, but if you do so, you will have to change the user settings every time when you use our mobile banking service.
（二） Do Not Track （请勿追踪）

很多网络浏览器均设有Do Not Track功能，该功能可向网站发布Do Not Track请求。目前，主要互联网标准组织尚未设立相关政策来规定网站应如何应对此类请求。但如果您的浏览器启用了Do Not Track,那么我行的所有网站都会尊重您的选择。
Many web browsers are equipped with Do Not Track function, which can send the Do Not Track requests to websites. At present, major Internet standard organizations have not set up the relevant policies to specify how websites should respond to such requests. However, if your browser activates the Do Not Track function, all of our websites will follow your choice.
（一）共享

我行不会与我行以外的公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息。
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations and individuals other than us。
（二）转让
Transfer
我行不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人。
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual。
（三）公开披露
Public Disclosure
我行仅会在以下情况，公开披露您的个人信息：
We will publicly disclose your personal information only under the following circumstances:
1.获得您明确同意或基于您的主动选择，我行可能会公开披露您的个人信息；
We may publicly disclose your personal information after obtaining your explicit consent or based on your active choice;
2.如果我行确定您及您单位出现违反法律法规或严重违反我行相关协议规则的情况，或为使我行或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，我行可能依据法律法规或我行相关协议规则披露关于您的个人信息，包括相关违法违规行为以及我行已对您及您单位采取的措施。
In case we determine that you and your company have violated the laws and regulations or seriously violated our relevant agreements or rules, or in order to protect the personal and property safety of us or the public, we may disclose your personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations or our relevant agreements and rules, including the relevant violations and the measures we have taken against you and your company.
（四）共享、转让、公开披露个人信息时事先征得授权同意的例外

以下情形中，共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息无需事先征得您的授权同意：

1.与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
The information is directly relating to national security and national defense security;
2.与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
The information is directly relating to public safety, public health and major public interests;
3.与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行直接相关的；
The information is directly relating to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial and judgment enforcement;
4.出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；
It is necessary to obtain the information for the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
5.您自行向社会公众公开的个人信息；
The collected personal information is disclosed to the public by yourself;
6.从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开渠道。
The personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
7.法律法规规定的其他情形。
Other circumstances as specified in laws and regulations.
我行在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息将存储在中华人民共和国境内。如部分功能服务涉及跨境业务，需要向境外机构传输境内收集的相关个人信息的，我行会按照法律法规和相关监管部门的规定执行，另行向您告知境外接收方的基本信息、所需个人信息的种类、处理目的及方式，并取得您的单独授权同意。同时我行将通过签订协议、现场核查有效措施，要求境外机构为所获得的您的个人信息保密。
The personal information collected and generated by us within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. In case some functions and services involve cross-border business and need to transmit the relevant personal information collected in China to overseas institutions, we will comply with the laws and regulations as well as the provisions of relevant regulatory authorities, separately inform you of the basic information of overseas recipients, the types of personal information required and the purposes and methods of processing, and obtain the separate authorization and consent from You. In addition, we will require the overseas institutions to keep confidential your personal information by signing the relevant agreements, carrying out the on-site verification and taking other effective measures.
我行仅在本条款所述目的所必需期间和法律法规要求的时限内保留您的个人信息。超出必要期限后，我行将对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理，但法律法规另有规定的除外。如我行停止运营，我行将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动，将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您，并对所持有的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。
We will only keep your personal information during the period necessary for the purpose as stated in these Terms and within the time limit as required by laws and regulations. After the necessary time limit expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations. In case we stop the operation, we will cease the collection of your personal information in time, inform you thereof by serving the relevant notice to customers one by one or making the relevant public announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information held by us.
（一）访问及更正您的个人信息
Access to and Correction of your Personal Information
您有权访问您的个人信息，法律法规规定的例外情况除外。如果您想行使数据访问权，访问或编辑您的账户中的个人资料信息和支付信息、查询账号权限，我行在客户端中为您提供了相应的操作设置，您可以参考下面的指引进行操作。
You have the right to access your personal information, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations. In case you want to access or edit the personal data and payment information in your account and query the account permissions by exercising the data access right, we provide you with the corresponding operation settings in the client. Please refer to the following instructions for operation.
1.底部页签“我的”：查看上次登录时间、登录信息。
Tab “My” on the bottom: To view the last login time and login information.
2.我的 →UKEY管理：设置蓝牙KEY密码，修改蓝牙KEY密码，查看蓝牙KEY信息及证书信息。
My → UKEY Management: To set the Bluetooth KEY password, modify the Bluetooth KEY password, and view the Bluetooth KEY information and certificate information.
3.主页 → 全部 → 电子网银管理→ 网银用户管理：可修改、重置操作员密码及账户限额信息。

您在进行上述操作时有义务确保相关信息的真实有效性。除上述列明的信息外，您的部分个人信息我行还无法为您提供访问或更正的服务，这些信息主要是为了保证交易安全满足相关强制性法律法规要求所收集的您的设备信息、您使用金融服务时产生的个人信息。尽管您无法变更或自主删除，但对于上述信息我行承诺按照相关法律法规以及本条款的规定进行存储、提取和使用。
You are obliged to ensure the authenticity and validity of the relevant information when performing the above operations. Except for the information listed above, we cannot provide you with access or correction services for some of your personal information. Such information mainly includes the information about your device which is collected to ensure the security in transactions and meet the relevant mandatory requirements in laws and regulations, as well as the personal information which is generated during your use of financial services. Although you cannot modify or delete the above-mentioned information, we undertake to store, extract and use it in accordance with the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations as well as the provisions of these Terms.
（二）撤回隐私授权
Withdrawal of Privacy Authorization
客户端支持您撤回已同意的隐私授权，您可以在“手机设置 → 权限”中关闭相关隐私授权，具体为：
The client supports you to withdraw the agreed privacy authorization. You may deactivate the relevant privacy authorization in “Setting of Mobile Phone → Permissions”, specifically:
Android手机：设置 → 应用 → 权限
For Android mobile phones: Setting → Application → Permissions
Ios手机：设置 → 隐私 → 权限 → 应用
For Ios mobile phones: Setting → Privacy → Permissions → Application
当您撤回授权后，我行将无法继续为您提供撤回授权所对应的服务。您撤回授权的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的相关业务流程处理，同时您有权要求我行将所持有的您的个人信息进行删除。
After you withdraw the authorization, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the authorization withdrawn. Your decision to withdraw the authorization will not affect the relevant business processes previously carried out based on your authorization, and you have the right to ask us to delete your personal information held by us.
（三）注销
Cancellation
您可以通过以下方式注销您的浦发硅谷企业银行渠道。
You may cancel your corporate mobile banking channel of SSVB in the following ways.
方式一：操作员登录企业网银，在企业网银“电子银行管理—手机银行管理—手机银行设置”功能中自助关闭手机银行。关闭后，操作员无法登录企业手机银行客户端；
Option 1: The operator logs in to the corporate online banking service and deactivates the mobile banking service in the “E-banking Management - Mobile Banking Management - Mobile Banking Settings” function of the corporate online banking. Thereafter, the operator cannot log in to the corporate mobile banking client;
方式二：前往我行网点关闭您的企业手机银行渠道。
Option 2: you may deactivate your corporate mobile banking channel in any of our outlets.
（四）删除您的个人信息
Delete your personal information
在以下情形中，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求:
In the following cases, you can request us to delete your personal information:
1、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;
If we handle personal information in violation of laws and regulations;
2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意;
If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定;
If our handling of personal information violates the agreement with you;
4、如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您注销了账号; ;
If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
如果我们不再为您提供产品或服务。 若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时通知通过我们获得您的个人信息的实体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些实体获得您的独立授权。
If we no longer provide products or services for you or decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information through us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
当您从我们的服务中删除信息后，我们可能无法立即在备份系统中删除相应的信息，但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
When you delete information from our system, we may not be able to delete the corresponding information in the backup system immediately, but we will delete the information when the backup is updated.

如果您在使用浦发硅谷企业银行服务过程中出现任何涉及您个人信息收集、管理、存储或使用方面的问题，或者对于浦发硅谷企业银行APP涉及您个人信息的安排存在任何疑虑，您均可通过本条款中的联系方式与我行取得联系。对于您的请求，我们会在15个工作日内完成核查和处理
In case you have any question about the collection, management, storage or use of your personal information during the use of Corporate Mobile Banking Service of SSVB, or have any doubts about the arrangement of Corporate Mobile Banking Service APP of SSVB relating to your personal information, you may contact us through the contact information given in these Terms. For your request, we will complete the verification and processing within 15 working days
尽管有上述约定，但按照相关法律法规及国家标准，在以下情形中，我行可能无法响应您的请求：
Notwithstanding the above provisions, we may not be able to respond to your request under the following circumstances in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards:
1.与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；
The information is directly relating to national security and national defense security;
2.与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
The information is directly relating to public safety, public health and major public interests;
3.与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和执行判决直接相关的；
The information is directly relating to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment enforcement;
4.有充分证据表明您存在主观恶意或滥用权利的；
There is sufficient evidence proving that you have subjective malice or abuse of power;
5.响应您的请求将导致其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害的；
Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals and organizations;
6.涉及商业秘密的。
Trade secrets are involved.
7.法律法规规定的其他情形。
Other circumstances as specified in laws and regulations.
我行将努力采取安全保护措施为您的个人信息安全提供保障，以防止信息丢失、不当使用、未经授权访问或披露。
We will make all efforts to protect your personal information against loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.
（一）我行将在合理的安全水平内使用各种安全保护措施以保障信息的安全。例如，我行会使用加密技术（例如，SSL）、匿名化处理手段来保护您的个人信息。
We will use various security protection measures at a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information. For example, we will use encryption technology (e.g., SSL) and anonymous processing measures to protect your personal information.

（三）若发生个人信息泄露安全事件，我行会启动应急预案，阻止安全事件扩大，并以推送通知、公告形式告知您。同时，我行还将按照监管部门要求，上报信息安全事件的处置情况。

（四）请您务必妥善保管好您的登录名及其它身份验证信息，您在使用浦发硅谷银行服务时，我行会通过您的登录名、密码、安全认证工具或其他身份验证信息来识别您的身份。一旦您泄露了前述信息，您的个人及单位信息可能因此泄露，并可能使您的个人及单位权益遭受损失。
Please keep your login name and other authentication information properly. When you use the services of SSVB, we will identify you through your login name, password, security authentication tools or other authentication information. Once you leak the above information, the information of you and your company may be leaked, and the rights and interests of you and your company may be damaged.
尽管当地法律和习俗对儿童的定义不同，但我们将不满14周岁的任何人均视为儿童。如果没有监护人的同意，未成年人不得创建自己的用户。如您为未成年人，请您的监护人仔细阅读本条款，并在征得您的监护人同意的前提下使用我行的服务或向我行提供信息。我行只会在法律法规规定、监管要求允许、监护人明示同意或者保护未成年人所必要的情况下收集、使用、存储和对外提供您的信息。
Although local laws and customs define “Minors” differently, we consider anyone under the age of 14 to be a minor. The minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their guardians. In case you are a minor, please ask your guardian to read these Terms carefully and use our services or provide your information to us with the prior consent of your guardian. We will only collect, use, store and provide your information to the extent permitted by laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, expressly agreed by your guardian or necessary for protection on minors.

In case you have any question, comment or suggestion on these Terms, you may call our customer service hotline at 86 21 35963088, or contact us through “Home Page → Telephone icon at the upper right corner” of the Corporate Mobile Banking APP of SSVB, or send an email to our email address at customer@spd-svbank.com for answering questions about privacy from Corporate Mobile Banking Users of SSVB. We will review the questions as soon as possible and deal with them after verifying your user identity;
（二）如果您发现个人信息可能被泄露，可通过我行总辖内各营业网点投诉举报；如果您对我们的处理结果不满意，特别是您认为我们的个人信息处理行为损害了您的合法权益，您还可以通过向被告住所地有管辖权的法院提起诉讼来寻求解决方案。
In case you find that your personal information may be divulged, you may complain and report through any business outlet under our jurisdiction; in case you are not satisfied with our handling results, especially in case you believe that our behaviors in processing personal information have damaged your legitimate rights and interests, you may also seek a solution by filing a lawsuit to the competent court of the place where the defendant is domiciled.
（一）本条款的成立、生效、履行、解释及纠纷解决，适用中华人民共和国法律（为本条款之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区的法律），法律无明文规定的，可适用国内通行的金融惯例。
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of these Terms, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan). In case there is no express provision in the laws, the financial practices prevailing in China may apply.
（二）本条款无论因何种原因部分无效或不可执行，都不影响其他条款的效力。
The invalidity or non-enforceability of any provision of these Terms for any reason shall not affect the invalidity of any other provision in these Terms.
（三）本条款中未尽事宜，按照法律法规和我行相关业务规则及国内通行的金融惯例办理。
Matters not covered by these Terms shall be dealt with in accordance with the laws and regulations, our relevant business rules and the prevailing financial practices in China.
（四）上述内容含中英文版本，如有异议以中文版为准。
The above contents contain both Chinese and English versions. In case of any objection, the Chinese version shall prevail.
